Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Miami, Florida.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all U.S states and territories. We also ship internationally to, but not limited to:

• Puerto Rico

• Dominican Republic

As we ship to more countries than those listed above, upon checkout enter the address to confirm if your country is offered. All international orders ship via USPS. Customer is responsible for their country's duties and fees. 

What’s the process for free local pickup?

If you live in South Florida and would like to avoid a shipping charge, we offer FREE LOCAL PICKUP. For this option, please select this shipping method at checkout and no shipping will be charged. We will then email you with instructions to pickup your order. Pickup is in the Miramar/Pembroke Pines area.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders (domestic and international) ship within 24-48 hours.

What if I want to return or exchange?

Thank you for your purchase! Sorry to hear the items didn’t work out.

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days from delivery date. Items must be in new and unused condition with all the original tags attached and not show any signs of wear. Deodorant/makeup stains cannot be accepted. At this time, we are not offering any refunds or exchanges.

All FLASH/SALE/CLEARANCE listed items are Final Sale. Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchange, or refund. No exceptions.

Please submit a returns request to support@violetandsophia.com. We do not cover the costs of return shipping and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We will confirm whether store credit is approved. Make sure to include your order number in the e-mail. We will try our best to respond to your email within 24-48 hours. We are closed on all major holidays.

Incorrect/defective shipped items must be claimed within 3 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper handling. Please send to support@violetandsophia.com.

Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued.

Do you have a size chart?

Please note that all our styles come from different clothing designers, so sizes may vary from piece to piece. Most of our items run "true-to-size", but some designs may be sized different. We make a note on each product description letting you know if it runs TRUE TO SIZE, RUNS BIG, or RUNS SMALL. Please take these into consideration.
